Two very nice young men came out to look at my HVAC… One is named Nick. He was great.! They don’t try to push anything on you. They explain everything they show you pictures and give you estimates I would highly recommend united mechanical.!

Nick was exceptional! He provided excellent service, and explained everything to me in detail when he was finished.
The young man was polite, very thorough, explained what he did and what may have to be done in the future. The only thing I noticed was at Squigley's where the closet the unit is in down stairs could have used a vacuuming to clear out the accumulated dust. That's something we can also do.

Alex and his team got us on the schedule so quickly, Nick was on time and so professional, the service to our HVAC was thorough, and the care provided to our home was exceptional! Nick and his work partner called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They both were so kind and professional- they inspected the interior unit first and then the exterior unit. They took pictures and provided explanations of how our unit was working, the unit’s electrical health/ status, cleanliness of the unit, and if everything was running as it should (which it was!). We signed up last time for the maintenance plan and this was our fall/winter appointment- highly recommend purchasing this plan from them! We’re so thankful for Alex and his team- truly so trustworthy and they provide exceptional service! Thankful to have found them!

Alex with United mechanical solutions was at my house this afternoon as my air conditioning was not working. He fixed it quickly and explain every step of what he did completely. It gave me such a good feeling number one knowing that he knew exactly what he was talking about and number two that he wasn’t ripping me off. He was kind helpful understanding of my issue . And to top it off he called me in the evening to make sure everything was still good. Where do you find customer service like that! I would recommend him hands-down 150% off.
I recommend everyone to use Alex to fix your air conditioner unit. He is very professional and reliable. Most importantly, he does a great job.
Alex did a full system replacement, condensing unit and heat pump for me. He did a great job, system is working as desired, and he knocked it out in less than a day. Followed up to see that the system was working as expected, and has a great warranty! Will be using again!

Alex was amazing. I had an emergency at my salon. As it was getting warmer outside, my HVAC wasn't keeping up. I called Alex and the next day he came out and spent several hours servicing the unit and making sure it was working properly. Very thorough and professional. He continued to follow up for the next several days to make sure the system was working. Will be saving his number for all future HVAC needs!
Had moved in to new home and needed my units looked at by a professional. Alex and Nick explained everything to me about my units and took pictures as they went along to not just tell me, but show me everything they looked at and serviced. Very happy with their service.

Had an issue with my AC and called in for a repair. Turns out it was just a simple wire problem, something they easily could've blown out of proportion to charge more. But they were completely honest, professional, and got it fixed quickly without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Really appreciate the integrity. Highly recommend!

The crew was punctual, competent, and quick. They very clearly explained what the problem was, how they diagnosed it and what the options were going forward. They use the latest technology for reading temperatures and pressures which translates to a faster and more accurate assessment of the system's condition. We are very happy with their work.
