Fantastic Experience! I had guests staying at my home when the air conditioning system failed. The temperature inside rose to 92 degrees. As an existing United Mechanical customer, I called Alex and he came out himself even though it was already well into the evening. He arrived with the necessary part already on his truck. My system was diagnosed and repaired within two hours of my call. This is a friendly, professional, and skilled company. You can not find a better HVAC service provider in the Wilmington area.

These guys are fantastic!! An actual real person answered the phone on the weekend! They could come & work on my Central A/C unit faster than I could even be ready for them! Pleasant, polite, communicative & didn't try to over sell. Reasonable pricing too. In today's world you just can't get any better than that. I will definitely use them again!

Air Conditioner stopped working last night. Called for service in the morning and the Service Technician was at my house within two (2) hours. Unit was repaired within 30 minutes.
