Nick and his work partner called to let us know they were on the way and would be a tad early and if that was okay, they gave us service options and we by no means felt pressured in anyway to make specific decisions, they worked on the outside unit first to check/clean/ service it, went up into the boiling hot attic to check the indoor unit, and provide pictures and readings and walked us through everything they checked/saw/ did!
